Yvonne Spencer is a Memphis-based commercial real estate broker, development executive, and U.S. Army veteran — and the Founder of LeadHER™ CRE. Her practice spans heavy industrial land, landlord and tenant representation, commercial investments, infill redevelopment, strategic asset disposition, residential sales, business consulting, and credit specialization.

Across more than twenty years of executive leadership, Yvonne has operated where real estate meets public policy, capital, and community. That work includes leadership involvement in the 455-acre Fort McPherson redevelopment in Atlanta — a major public-private strategy converting a closed Army installation into a mixed-use economic engine.
